So I made it to DC. It was a fun flight out. No, really, it was. I met an interesting group of hiker chics on my first flight, ended up having lunch with them on a 3 hour layover in Colorado, and read my (Holly's) book on the last flight.
Not much sleep last night, crashed early tonight after a fun dinner out, now up again. Hoping insomnia isn't creeping back.
Lots of fun shopping and a handy Starbucks a short walk away. Things I love about cities. Tomorrow I'll work on a few proper tourist things. Maybe a little pool side time, weather permitting.
